had a very good week. second week of my “alkaline only lifestyle” (NO MEAT,DAIRY, OR GRAIN, OR SUGAR)
for now I do that monday through friday and then allow myself to eat meat and diary and a little sugar on the weekends.
also managed to get in the gym everyday this week. I currently weigh 181.5

now I am going to get some instant gratification in and go eat some not so alkaline food at a restaurant for a late night dinner lol. hey you gotta live and I will be sure to not go too crazy and I will be back to my alkaline diet on monday.
